Bug Description
Binary package hint: kdebase
So far, after each install of Kubuntu is complete and I reboot for the first time into the installed Kubuntu system, I get a notice stating that language support is incomplete. ALL installs have been done from ISO onto a VirtualBox VM. This occurs with both d-i and ubiquity installs and in each case there is an active network connection so there's no reason why the installer isn't completely installing the language pack.
To top that off, I'm installing in English, and this warning should not be occurring for English (it never happened before, so this is a regression).
I've seen this on all the latest ISOs for Kubuntu.

What's the version of ubiquity on the ISO you are using? There was a regression with ubiquity 2.4.7 (that was fixed in 2.4.8) that can cause some behaviors like this.
