many webpages aren't displayed correctly in the ubuntu ff-package

Binary package hint: firefox

I've seen so many webpages which are totaly carved up in firefox from the ubuntu package!
When I start the official firefox release I don't have these problems and the pages are displayed correctly. Of course I have used the same versions (the most current) and I had the same settigns.

There were too many pages with these problems, but one for example is http://www.ltur.com where one of the menu bars and the pictures are totally scrambled...

I know there are some issues with FF at the moment, but these problems aren't new, I've seen these problems since I use Ubuntu.

Can you please provide a screenshot of the page that is not displaying correctly. maybe add 2 just incase its the page.

Here I have a screenshot of one website, which looks strange (left site) opposite to the display of the same page in the original firefox (right side)...

I don't have enought time for another screenshot at the moment, but maybe I'll post one if I have more time again.

I recently found out that the problem isn't related to firefox so please close the bug as solved. ;)

The problem was that the textsize of the ubuntu-ff packages was different from the size in the original packages and there are many badly coded webpages out there which get scrambled like the mentioned one if the text is too big...

When I reduced the size the page was displayed correctly.

we need a tester who can reproduce and figure out if this happens on all firefox versions that we still support ... dapper, edgy, feisty (and gutsy)
