Bug Description

select() to /dev/rtc to wait for clock tick timed out

appears when I boot and then startup basically freezes.

i've tried adding --directisa to hwclock and it doesn't work.

My actual computer's clock isn't frozen, so it isn't that error.

It's a Lenovo x60 laptop. (Core Duo)

BTW:
Dapper Drake booted fine. It only started when I upgraded to Edgy Eft.
