gnome-system-tools: Creates user with wrong UID

I have created a user using adduser in the past, worked correctly.

I then created through users-admin, however the files were created with
owner == the UID and GID of the user I added with adduser previously.

Moreoever, adding with adduser installs the Examples link, but not the
Desktop/trash, and users-admin does the opposite.
