Latex2html missing perl-doc depend

latex2html package lists perl-doc as a suggested package and allows
installation without perl-doc. However, installed latex2html will not
run without perl-doc and issues the following error message before
exiting:

You need to install the perl-doc package to use this program.

Thus, perl-doc should likely be a depend for latex2html installation.
