Bug Description

Sorry, but IMHO this Package needs a complete review.
- There are no tips like "what to do next" after installation (yes, I found the README. But what's up with users with little experiance with linux? A simple msg with a starting point would be nice after installation)
- There is no hint for dependencies that you might need when you choose to use a postgresql as backend (like libpg-perl and libdbd-pg-perl)
- There is no hint what the user/pass is for the adminuser after working installation.
- There are wrong paths in the apache sample scripts, pointing to /opt/otrs...
- http://$HOST/otrs/index.pl?Action=AdminPackageManager isn't working and shows a solution that isn't working.
aso.

I think there are several more glitches in this package that I haven't run through yet. Please review it and its installation
