Branding change not reflected in locales

In the "firefox" package, the files locales/branding/brand.dtd and locales/branding/brand.properties were changed:

  * Change application name to `Firefox', as requested by mdz.
    Files changed:
      - browser/locales/en-US/chrome/branding/brand.dtd
      - browser/locales/en-US/chrome/branding/brand.properties;
    New values:
      - brandShortName and brandFullName: `Bon Echo' => `Firefox'
      - vendorShortName: `Mozilla' => `Ubuntu'

This should supposedly happen in the locale packages too. I can't provide a patch, but the files from package "firefox" should just be packed into all jar files, because I suppose there should not be (and there isn't) a difference between the locales. I don't know whether this is wrong in all packages, but at least in the de-DE locale.
