Allow subscribing to a request while giving an answer

Bug Description
We should allow users giving answers on a request to susbcribe at the same time they give the answer (or request new information). That way they will receive notifications on follow-up from the support request owner.
For example, if I request for more information on a support request and I don't remember to subscribe myself to the request. I won't receive any notifications when the user replied with the requested information. (The support request would appear though on the Needs Attention report.)
