Bug Description
Adding an SourceForge bug watch to a bug only records the fact that
there is an upstream bug, and provides a link to that bug. We should
sync the status of SourceForge bugs, so that notifications are sent
when the remote bug is updated.
It looks like the only way of doing this is to go to each bug page and
screen scrape the information we're looking for. When doing this we
need to have a delay between the page loads.
