process only uses one cpu on duocore system

Bug Description

This is a feature request.

As above I notice that the spamassassin process only uses one cpu on duocore system. It can be quite resource intensive so I think it's a priority to switch to multi-threading (if that's what's needed for it to use all the cpu capacity)

Although threading is nice it doesnt really matter what core the process is running on as long as the process is getting done. The processor automatically load balances processes anyway so this issue is invalid.
