Mythweb doesn't set permissions correctly

Bug Description

The mythweb package doesn't properly set the permissions on /usr/share/mythtv/mythweb/data to be readable by www-data. It also doesn't properly populate the permissions from the mysql.txt created by mythtv-database.

Debian upstream doesn't yet have a patch ready to fix this, and may not by the time edgy is released. For now, here is a debdiff to resolve both of these issues.

Literally within minutes of me posting that patch, there was a new revision released in debian. I merged their changes and verified that they correctly read the database options and set permissions. Attached is a debdiff.

This patch isn't relevant anymore as a newer package will be added to feisty now instead.
