First off, should be listed in components section of bugzilla. Sorri it is mislabeled.
The bug: the svg icon included with the plugin is not valid, it has a link to a png embedded in the svg file. should be saved without external reference (as doesn't work this way). saving cpu.png as svg file fixes problem.
