Bug Description

Binary package hint: update-manager

I had Tomboy installed and in the Sessions>>Startup Programs.
Upgraded from Dapper to Edgy RC1.
Now Tomboy is gone from the menus and the panel.

I can see it is installed. It is not visible under Preferences >> Menu Layout >> Accessories

# /usr/bin/tomboy
NoteManager created with note path "/home/gaele/.tomboy".
Trying Plugin: Evolution.dll ... EvolutionPlugin. Done.

Trying Plugin: StickyNoteImport.dll ... StickyNoteImporter. Done.
Tomboy remote control disabled: Name 'com.beatniksoftware.Tomboy' does not exist.

Binding key '<Alt>F12' for '/apps/tomboy/global_keybindings/show_note_menu'
Binding key '<Alt>F11' for '/apps/tomboy/global_keybindings/open_start_here'

That's all. No Tomboy visible.

The menu under <Alt>F12 is bound to the Power Manager 2.16.1 icon in the panel.
Even if I add Tomboy to the panel manually (it is visible under "Add to Panel") the tomboy menu under <Alt>F12 sticks to the Power Manager icon.

Have added Tomboy manually to the menu too but the app won't launch when icon is clicked, nor when activated using the command line (same output as described above). Only with <Alt>F12 it will launch.

(Upgraded from Ubuntu Dapper to Edgy on VAIO PCG-6H2M)
