subversion 1.3.2-3ubuntu2

file type binary in Russian is "бинарный" not "банарный".

http://launchpad.net/rosetta. This is the place where translation teams
actively work on making Ubuntu more useful in their language. If you want
to change this text for the subversion, you might want to look at https://launchpad.net/distros/ubuntu/edgy/+source/subversion/+pots/subversion/ru/+translate
