Bug Description

Release highlights are:
 * Support for spam protection.
 * Advanced diff support.
 * InterWiki and InterTrac support.
 * Improved notification system.
 * WSGI Used as web server protocol.

I'm personally interested about spam protection and advanced diff support, but most notably about several browser related exception fixes:

unfortunately, I don't see that grave or serious bugs have been fixed in the new release, but many new features and a lot of potential to break in unforeseen situation.
