Quotes are rendered incorrectly for some manpages

Bug Description
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open Help
2. Type "man fbdev" into search field, hit Enter
3. Get fbdev manpage
4. Notice how the quotes (") are substituted with "q" symbol.
