Bug Description

Recently , I erased all the existing parttions in my secondary hdd , and i re-created in the foll order ,
total capacity = 40gb
20 gb = / (root, ext3 journallinf fs)
20 gb = logical (fat32)

after confirming changes, the partioner begins to format the hdd and next screen after that , I get, "invalid partitions found run scandisk to fix the errors" and i had to either ignore or cancel options. I wonder the scandisk program exists in linux , it 's used in Windows .

After the reboot , fsck runs checking in my fat32 drives in every boot .
