Bug Description
Steps:
1. Click on System -> Help -> Ubuntu Book Excerpt and it will open up your default browser to a 404 not found web page.

On a fully up-to-date edgy on 10/25/2006 I am not able to confirm this as the book excerpt is shown. Please make sure you are up-to-date and see if you can reproduce this. Thank you for reporting this bug with us.
