Binary package hint: azureus

please consider azureus 2.5.0.0 for edgy; validated that it builds on i386, amd64 and powerpc.

eclipse-3.2.1 is a prerequisite (see #67657).

the current package depends on libswt3.1-gtk-java, which won't be available after the the (approved) UVF exception for eclipse, building libswt3.2-gtk-java,
