desktop menu not embedding in kicker

Bug Description
The desktop menu (macosx style) doesn't integrate in the kicker (or other way around) in kdebase from edgy.
The desktop menu stays in the top of the screen with a kicker bar below it. Normally they should combine to form one bar.
This bug didn't excist on the 3.5.5 packages in dapper before upgrading.

Fixed it by removing, then adding the desktop menu bar again using the desktop settings in kcontrol.
