Bug Description

I have Fujitsu Siemens SCENIC T and I have integrated Intel's graphic card what I cannot disable in BIOS. I have bought ATI PCI card model 9250 what I have installed this computer. I connected my monitor to ATI PCI card and I changed Graphic card slot from AGP to PCI in BIOS. After this the installing of Win XP ran right.

I booted by Kubuntu Dapper installing CD and I saw the splash screen right in booting time. But after booting I got black screen and console. After questions in irc I got X running by command xserver-xorg. I saw in xorg.conf that Kubuntu have tried install Intel graphic card driver.

Can you please report if this still occurs with Feisty or newer Ubuntu? Also, please attach your /etc/X11/xorg.conf and /var/log/Xorg.0.log files, and the output from lspci -vv.

I'm sorry. I have forgotten disable this bug. I'm using Fujitsu Siemens Scaleo J nowadays. I have sold to FS Scenic. I know one woman who is using Scenic, but I don't know does she give me test CD in it.

Thanks for letting us know. Since the hardware is no longer available, I'm marking this as unreproducible, but please feel free to reopen if you gain access to the hardware again and are willing to do testing on it.
