Bug Description

Description of the problem:
The number of messages shown does not diminish when using a saved search even when the number of mails that match the search is less than the number shown.

Steps to reproduce (assumes an existing profile)
1. Start evolution .
2. Press Shift+Ctrl-S to bring up the preferences window and click on the Add button.
3. Type <email address hidden> in the Email Address field and click forward.
4. Select a server type of USENET news and put news.gmane.org in the server field. Clear the username field so it is empty and click forward.
5. Click forward.
6. Change the server type to sendmail and click forward.
7. Change the Name to gmanetest and click foward.
8. Click apply.
9. Click the close button in the Evolution Preferences window.
10. Go the menu Folder -> Subscriptions.
11. Change the server to gmanetest. When it finishes searching click on gmane -> gmane.linux -> gmane.linux.ubuntu.devel and tick gmane.linux.ubuntu.devel.annouce . Click close.
12. Open gmanetest in the side bar and select gmane.linux.ubuntu.devel.annouce .
13. Go to Edit -> Message Filters.
14. Click Add. In the Add Rule window type a Search Name of Score3 and change Sender to Match All and change Move to Folder to Assign Score while changing the 0 to a 3. Click Add in the "Then" section and change the Move to Folder to Stop Processing. Click OK.
15. Ensure that Score3 is at the top of the Filter Rules and click OK.
16. Highlight the top two messages and press Ctrl-Y to run the filter on only the highlighted messages.
17. Go to Search -> Advanced Search...
18. Change the Search Name to Score3, change Subject to Score and the 0 to 3 then click Remove on the line with Sender in it. Click on Save then Click OK.
19. The number of messages shown should have been reduced. Press Ctrl-Shift-Q to show all the messages.
20. Go to Search -> 1. Score3 .

Expected results:
Number of messages shown to be reduced to the same number as after step 18.

Actual results:
There is no change in the number of messages shown.

How reproducible is this?
