Binary package hint: kubuntu-docs

Kubuntu Desktop Guide - common tasks/internet says "No default bit torrent capability is installed with Kubuntu". Ktorrent is included as part of the default install.

As soon as I am able to, this will get fixed. You rock Caroline for finding all of these bugs. This was due to KTorrent being added to Main after the Documentation Project String Freeze.
