Bug Description
the rapid svn package does NOT create a launcher in the menu bar (in gnome at least), thus forcing the user to create their own (not a terrible thing, but not exactly to be desired) On top of that, that means even if the user does know what the command for rapidsvn is (fairly straight forward "rapidsvn") they then have to hunt for the icon, which luckily is in the standard /usr/share/pixmaps but i believe that doing it this way prevents icon themes (like tango and such) from replacing the icon for any launchers that are hand made. (I don't fully understand the icon theming proccess, but i figure it involves some symlinks somewhere that I don't know about)
cheers

I can confirm that after adding RapidSVN through Synaptic there was no launcher created. As I'm a Linux newb, this made it impossible to use (because until reading the above I had no idea how to start a program apart from by clicking on it).
