Bug Description
Binary package hint: beagle
I am unable to launch Beagle. When attempting to launch from terminal this is the error that I receive. Unfortunately, I haven't changed anything on my system since I last launched Beagle. I am unsure what would be causing this error.
All files related to Beagle look fine. I'm at a loss. Any thoughts?

I suspect the beagle-search script is being interpreted by dash not bash - dash doesn't support the -a option for exec.
I don't get this problem on Edgy with 0.2.9-1ubuntu3 installed. This is because beagle- search starts with #!/bin/bash - ie explicitly specifying that the script use bash.
/usr/bin/
Which version of Ubuntu are you using and which version of Beagle?
Cheers,
