Large crash reports take too long to load

Bug Description
The Ubuntu crash report system gives two options of sending reports: either a slimmed down version, or a 'full' report. I've noticed that sending the full report takes much longer to upload to the server and to retrieve. See my bug #66177 for an exampe. The first crash report uploaded without error, but the 'full' report took 10 minutes to upload to the server.
Even now, clicking to view the full report in launchpad takes forever to load, and slows down firefox.

Hi Kyle,
I don't think this is a Launchpad bug. The fact is that the Ubuntu crash report system uploaded a fairly large file (4.3MB - a core dump) to Launchpad as an attachment. Bug 62357 would help in this case at least warning the user about how big the file is before clicking on the link.
