segfault when moving slider

Bug Description

Is seems not an ubuntu bug because it is also a bug on a self compiled system.
When moving slider between game board window and chat window to the top, the program crashes and dissapears (segfault) - both systems where bugs occured are 64 bit systems.

can you add this line to your /etc/apt/sources.list

deb http://people.ubuntu.com/~pitti/ddebs edgy main universe

and then

sudo apt-get install pioneers-client-dbgsym

and then add your bug report again (this will give us more info in the backtrace)

I found the crashing point and here's a fix for it.
I think this is more GDK problem because it was
gdk_region_polygon() function that caused the crash.

This bug has been fixed upstream in the 0.11.2 release. It uses a different approach: instead of filtering for size==0, a minimum size is set.

This bug is correctly marked NOTGNOME in the GNOME bug tracker. I apparently do not have enough rights, but this means that the priority for libgtk should be normal, and status done.
