Bug Description
Binary package hint: bittorrent
Download a single torrent file and attempt to download another. File is created in /home/who ever you are........... But download fails and reports back....... "Port 98 already in use"

The problem is that one open port is necessary for each running torrent, but bittorrent has only one open by default.
This is a duplicate of bug 69598
