Bug Description
This is on an Inspiron 8100.
This used to work more or less on 6.06 but broke lately. Not sure if it broke before or after the upgrade to edgy.
A crash is bad though... Let me know what kind of information you want.

Does this still occur for you on Feisty? If so, can you also attach the output of running /usr/share/ bug/xserver- xorg-core/ script?
