Binary package hint: xorg
I upgraded from Dapper to Edgy last week. Since then, I've noticed that the mouse pointer on my X display, moves diagonally down and to the left each time I type something with the letter or number keys on my keyboard.
This is on a Dell Latitude D800, using the laptop's keyboard. It has a Synaptics touchpad attached, but I'm being very careful to make sure I'm not touching it, but the cursor still moves each time I press a key on the keyboard.
I also have attached a USB Logitech Premium Optical Wheel Mouse, but it makes no difference if I remove this or not.

D'oh! This appears to be my hardware, because it is happening under Windows as well now. This can be closed.
