Bugmail settings for bug contacts should list all teams you're member of (direct and indirectly)

Bug Description

In bug settings (i.e.http://launchpad.dev/distros/ubuntu/+source/pmount/+subscribe) it'd be nice to see all the groups you're a member of (both directly and indirectly) so that "meta-teams" (e.g. ubuntu-bugs) can be subscribed/unsubscribed to bugmail.

Hi Martin,

what do you mean by "bug settings"? The +subscribe page of a individual bug or the +bugcontact of a product/distro?
