Bug Description

When the gnome bar background color is set to transparent, the cups-icon doesn't change the background color, maybe it's not transparent, maybe it's not a png with transparency? Or is not linked with the latest gnome libs?

This upload fixes the bug:

     - use system category
   * debian/patches/37_transparent_notification_icon.patch:
     - notification area works with transparency (Ubuntu: #70213)

     - use "OPTFLAGS=-O0" on amd64 to workaround launchpad crash #91218
