postrm failure in xorg-driver-fglrx on dapper->edgy upgrade

i tried to upgrade from 6.06 to 6.10 by changing apt sources.list and apt-get dist-upgrade. Here is where it crashed:

i haven't done anything wrong, just those dist-upgrade, it now crashes and i cannot do anything with apt...

will this be bug?
