php script syntax highliting is broke

Bug Description
When writing PHP webpage in screem, the syntax highlighting doesn't work with normal HTML tags. For example:
<?php
doSomePHPStuff();
?>
<td>blah</td>
The text after the ?> appears all in green no matter what.
