Unable to import certain OGG Tracks

Bug Description
I have no idea why Banshee can't import files like this but I'll send you one that it was unable to import. Let me know and I can email one to you or post it through this interface though I don't know how to create an attachment here.
The file it's having trouble with is:
Alice In Chains - Dirt - 08 - God Smack.ogg
But it was unable to import any of the tracks from this CD. The import error is reported like:
Message: < 0 Parameter name: length
File Name: /media/
