Bug Description

Binary package hint: rekonq

isotesting kubuntu desktop/alternate amd64 2011.02.01

rekonq crashes at launch with SIGSEGV. This is reproducible.

TESTCASE:
- Run any version of Kubuntu AMD64
- Start rekonq

Result:
SIGSEGV

Backtrace attached.

on another hardware with an Atom N450 it doesn't crash.

No crash here installed from today's amd64 alternate Kubuntu image

could it be a problem with the compiler and the cpu. It looks like it crash on AMD cpus but not on Intel.

This seems to be a duplicate of bug 710582 regarding webkit crashing on amd64 well at least as far as I can tell.
