User page should have a link to reportedbugs

Bug Description
I feel stupid now, but I had to go on IRC to find out where to find my reportedbugs.
Since it's likely that more users than developpers will use malone, I'd link Bugs to reportedbugs rather than assignedbugs.

In a way, this bug is fixed, but not in the way suggested in the bug report. The "Bugs" link now goes to your "related bugs", which includes your reported bugs.
