snd-hda-intel causes heaps of xruns with jack

Bug Description

when running jack on my internal intel soundcard, a heap of xruns is generated. it seems the buffer timing seems to be wrong.

the soundcard is a

00:1b.0 Audio device: Intel Corporation 82801G (ICH7 Family) High Definition Audio Controller (rev 02)

to fix the problem, following line must be added to /etc/modprobe.d/alsa-base:

options snd-hda-intel position_fix=1
