Bug Description

Binary package hint: gok

Hello,

Should the window of gok not always been floating?

Here is at least one way, that I am able to reproduce, by which the gok window gets covered by a document window:

- gok is running not docked and direct selection is chosen as access method. (The problem also occurs in scanning mode.)

- click on 'Launcher'

- then click on 'Text Editor' and gedit is launched

- then click on 'Activate'

- then click on 'unsaved document - gedit' and gedit comes to the front and covers gok if the window of gedit happens to be large enough.

You might say that it does not make sense to do an activate on a window that already is the front window. But the m3-user might make an error and in this case he is not anymore able to use gok because it is hidden.
