findfs reports /dev/sda1 instead of /dev/md0

Bug Description

I certainly don't know how this happened, but...

# vol_id -u /dev/sda1
3f56682f-7c87-f390-d426-30e4c804d12b

# vol_id -u /dev/md0
8a60d5a1-ecd1-4e02-b47b-49c86de7a2c9

# findfs UUID=8a60d5a1-ecd1-4e02-b47b-49c86de7a2c9
/dev/sda1

I'll be glad to provide any more information that is needed to understand and resolve this issue.

Please provide output of "ls -l /dev/disk/by-uuid"
