Bug Description

After an update from dapper to edgy,
-my usb key is correctly attached to sda1,
-correctly mounted
-konqueror opens and shows all the files

=> if you try to copy a file from the key to the disk, the copy starts and slows down and stopped (around 5% completed) with a message STALLED.

=> same thing if you try to copy a file into the key.

(i went back to dapper 6.06LTS)

Does this happen with other usb key drives too?
Is this a consistently reproducible problem?
Can you please attach the output of dmesg, /var/log/messages and /var/log/syslog when this problem is observed?

Thank you.
