Bug Description

Error description:
After shutdown usb devices remain powered. This can be noticed from memory card reader and Logitech G15.
Probably other usb devices are powered after shutdown procedure, but this cannot be seen.
After shutdown G15 background lights are on and LCD display shows Logitech logo.
Memory card reader led is still on.
Requires hard shutdown from power supply switch.

Expected result:
USB devices should turned off on shutdown procedure. This saves energy and devices when those are powered down.
