Bug Description

1. kill -SEGV gnome-panel (Simulate a Crash in the GNOME Panel)
2. The panel will come up again after the bug buddy dialog is closed
3. The power manager will flow around in its own window instead of the new panel
4. (Update Manager behaves correctly and appears in the new panel again)
