Bug Description
Suggested translations for strings that do not have a translation should be automatically approved when the user that suggested the translation is accepted into the respective translation team.

I don't think we should do this. Having a bulk approve and review feature (bug 42727) would make it easy to approve them (even for the user themselves), but automatically doing it might lead to bad translations getting in (i.e. those that a translator might have forgotten about).
