rpm throws lots of warnings about missing users/groups

Bug Description

1. Install Edgy
2. apt-get install rpm
3. rpm -ihv some.src.rpm

You'll see output like this:
sudo rpm -ihv NetworkManager-0.6.5-0.cvs20061025.fc7.1.src.rpm
   1:NetworkManager Warnung: user brewbuilder does not exist - using root
Warnung: group brewbuilder does not exist - using root
Warnung: user brewbuilder does not exist - using root
Warnung: group brewbuilder does not exist - using root
########################################### [100%]
Warnung: user brewbuilder does not exist - using root
Warnung: group brewbuilder does not exist - using root

Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make Ubuntu better. You reported this bug a while ago and there hasn't been any activity in it recently. We were wondering is this still an issue for you? Can you try with latest Ubuntu release? Thanks in advance.
