Tomboy notes are not correctly set as active

Bug Description

Compiz 1:0.3.3, stock from feisty, with stock xorg. Intel i915. If I set the tomboy note window to active, compiz does not set the window borders as such.

I have an ATI card, and I can't confirm this one... by setting to active, you mean clicking the titlebar/alt-tabbing to the window, correct to make it the active window, correct?
