Bug Description

Binary package hint: xorg

It could append a bug in xorg configuration. A bug in the package, in the drivers, a mistake in the xorg.conf, etc.
If someone who know the CLI and how to debug, what append for a newbie ?

I suggest to skip to safe mode (something like vga 640*480 60Hz) when a problem is detected.

It is not really a problem (for me), the placement to "wishlist" is appropriate.

More explanation :
When a problem came with xorg, you have a notification and that's all, go to the tty and you clear up.
For a newbie, it is very confusing, he don't know how to resolve it and the only thing he know is "réinstall Ubuntu with the cd".
I think it will very helpful for those peoples, an automatic detection of the problem and launch the xorg on a safe mode (maybe something like xorg.conf.rescue ?).
