Bug Description

Hardware: Athlon64 3700+, A8N5X (MoBo), nForce 4, Mem - 2 GB
Software: 6.10 (Edgy) AMD64

1. open freecraft through terminal
2. Terminal displays

3. A seperate window pops up. Noise is briefly made, which sounds like intro music to a game, but it is impossible to tell.
4. In less than a second, the game crashes. The terminal outputs the following.

> Segmentation fault (core dumped)

5. While I have no actual knowledge of the problem, my guess is that it's 64 bit related.

I have the same problem but I use Ubuntu feisty fawn, AMD64.

Please, could you try to get debug symbols for freecraft. This backtrace is not telling much so it would be very cool to have little more information about this crash.

Freecraft has been removed from the current Ubuntu repositories. Please consider using the successor, statagus, as an alternative.
