RFE: Canned responses

Bug Description

Should be able to select a "canned" response that will modify the bug report in a pre-determined manner.

Example: If a bug needs more information, the individual triaging the bug could select "needs info" from the canned response drop down menu and malone would add the standard needs info comment (found on https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Bugs/Responses), set the bug as needs info, and subscribe the individual to the bug. Either the effects would be made immediately or malone would reload the page with those settings set and ready to be reviewed (and modify if necessary) and committed by the triager.

Not only would this speed the triage process, it would help set a standard.

Canned responses should be individual to individual packages, as they have different needs. e.g. I often use this one for ubiquity bugs:
