Bug Description

I'm working in ubuntu 6.10 upgraded from 5... and 6.06. Now I like to see what my computer is doing. In the upgrade to 6.10 I noticed usplash doesn't show the actions the computer is doing when it starts up. I want to see that so I went searching and I found a way.

In /boot/grub/menu.lst I changed "kernel /boot/vmlinuz-2.6.17-10-386 root=UUID=a6ae63a1-6fe6-4fec-9c92-460fcd27c0b0 ro splash quiet" to "kernel /boot/vmlinuz-2.6.17-10-386 root=UUID=a6ae63a1-6fe6-4fec-9c92-460fcd27c0b0 ro splash"
(I removed the "quiet")

Now I see what's happening, but the problem is that I run ubuntu and that's a brown theme, like the icon. And the letters showing the actions are blue. That isn't a beautifull combination ;-).

Yeah it sucks :) But this has been filed quite a few times before, so no
need for more bugs about it.
